ROZELLEVILLE, WI (WSAU) – A supper club in rural Marathon County was damaged by fire early Friday morning.
The Stratford Fire Department was called to the Buck-A-Neer Supper Club on County Road C in Rozelleville around 2:30am. Several area fire departments assisted as the scene.
The fire appears to have started in the kitchen of an apartment above the supper club. Smoke was coming through the roof when first responders got there,
There were no injuries. A pet cat was rescued.
The dining area suffered water damage, and will be closed indefinitely. A second apartment within the building was not damaged.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
