LAKE DuBAY, WI (WSAU) – The body of a man who drowned on Lake DuBay was recovered Sunday afternoon.
The Marathon County Dive Team recovered the body of Jesse T. Buchanan around 3pm.
Buchanan was on a boat Friday afternoon. He jumped into the lake around 6:30pm and did not resurface. The search for Buchanan was conducted on Friday and Saturday, before his remains were located near the Seagull Drive boat landing in Knowlton.
The death is being investigated by the Marathon County Sheriff’s Department and the Wisconsin DNR.
