MERRILL, WI (WSAU) — A Lincoln County man will serve four years in the state prison for charges of second-degree sexual assault of an unconscious victim.
Marvin Loka will also serve seven years of extended supervision and will be unable to own or possess any firearm as part of the sentence delivered by Judge Jay Tlusty on Monday.
Charges against the 55-year-old stemmed from an April 2020 incident in which Loka provided a combination of pot, wine, and sleeping pills to another man then sexually assaulted him.
This isn’t the first sex crime conviction for Loka. He was found guilty of sexually assaulting a child more than 20 years ago in Oneida County.
He was given credit for 194 days already served. Additionally, he will also have to submit a DNA sample and pay court costs.
