WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — A Green Bay man accused of kidnapping a Langlade County woman has entered a plea.
Wednesday morning 49-year-old Brian Storzer pleaded not guilty to charges of kidnapping, battery, false imprisonment, and reckless endangerment at an arraignment hearing. Storzer is accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend, a Langlade County woman in August and forcing her into his truck. Storzer was caught by Marathon County deputies after they used spike strips to blow out his tires.
Storzer has also been charged in a separate case for attempted arson and criminal trespassing onto the same woman’s property in July. Multiple felony charges have also been filed against him in Langlade County for violating the terms of a restraining order.
Storzer will return to court on February 15th for a final pre-trial hearing.
