NEW ORLEANS, LA (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks went oh-for-the-preseason after a 127-113 setback to New Orleans on Friday.
Khris Middleton scored 29 points to go with four rebounds and four assists in the loss. He was one of three Bucks to hit double-figures. Jru Holiday and Donte DiVincenzo added 15 and 14, respectively.
Zion Williamson led all scorers in the contest with 31. Lonzo Ball added 19, JJ Redick added 18 off the bench.
Giannis Antetokounmpo and DJ Augustin each sat the game out with injuries.
Milwaukee now turns their attention to opening week of the shortend 72-game NBA regular season which will come on Wednesday, December 23rd when they’ll head to Boston. The Bucks will then play their home opener on Christmas Day against Golden State, with no fans to be allowed inside Fiserv Forum.
