MADISON, WI (WSAU) — The Wisconsin men navigated a tight first half then pulled away in the second to a 67-53 win over Nebraska to open Big Ten play.
Brad Davison led the charge with 15 points while Aleem Ford added 13. Micah Potter and Nate Reuvers each chipped in 10 points apiece.
The Cornhuskers were led by Dalano Blanton who scored 15.
The Badgers held a 25-24 lead at the halftime break but that was only after a 14-0 run after Nebraska had built a 21-11 advantage.
