PHOENIX, AZ (MetroSource-WSAU) — Giannis Atetokounmpo missed the crucial buzzer-beating bucket for the Bucks to fall to the Suns 125-124 in Phoenix Wednesday night.
Giannis dropped a season-high 47 points with 11 rebounds for the Bucks, but couldn’t hit the 20-foot jumper to win the game. Khris Middleton had 18 points and 11 assists. Bryn Forbes had 17 points and Bobby Portis added 12 with nine rebounds.
Milwaukee falls to 16-and-9 and will face the Jazz in Utah on Friday night.
