WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Three men are facing multiple felony charges after assaulting a teenage girl multiple times in 2020.
Ger Yang, Dennis Moua, and Jacob Lo were charged last week for repeatedly assaulting a 15-year-old girl who ran away from her foster home in November of 2020. According to police, Yang paid the girl $60 to have sex with him and later participated in a group assault of the girl at Moua’s apartment during a party with 20 people present.
Yang is facing the most serious charges in trafficking a child, enticing a child for prostitution, and second-degree sexual assault of a child. Moua and Lo are accused of participating in the group assault and are facing multiple charges including second-degree sexual assault of a child, child enticement, and sexual intercourse with a child age 15 or younger.
All three made an initial appearance in Marathon County Circut Court on Friday afternoon. Yang and Moua are being held on a $40,000 bond each while Lo is being held on a $25,000 cash bond. Yang and Moua will return to court on February 17th, Lo returns to court on February 22nd.
