MADISON, WI (WSAU) — The 5th ranked Wisconsin men’s hockey team gave up two first period goals but stormed back for a 4-2 win over Notre Dame on Friday night at LaBahn Arena.
The Badgers scored twice in each of the 2nd and 3rd periods.
Badger goals went to Owen Lindmark, Cole Caufield, and two for Lucas Weissbach including an empty-netter.
Robbie Beydoun had 29 saves.
The Badgers, now 15-8, will play Notre Dame this afternoon, pre game show at 3:30 on WSAU.
Also today the Wisconsin women’s basketball team plays at Northwestern this afternoon…the Badger volleyball team is at Michigan State today and Sunday…and the men’s basketball team is at Northwestern on Sunday.
