Wisconsin Badgers
INDIANAPOLIS, IND (WSAU) — The Wisconsin mens basketball team lost to Iowa for the second time this week, dropping their Big Ten Tournament quarterfinal 62-57 on Friday night.
The Badgers led by six at halftime but Luka Garza led Iowa back. The big man was 10-15 from the field for 24 points.
D’Mitrick Trice led Wisconsin with 19 points but couldn’t get the ball inbounds late when Wisconsin was down four.
Wisconsin, now 17-12, will await word on Sunday of their NCAA Tournament fate.
