MARYVALE, AZ (WSAU) — The Seattle Mariners topped the Milwaukee Brewers 3-1 on Sunday in Maryvale.
Christian Yelich drove in the only Milwaukee run in the first inning. The Brewers only managed 5 hits in this one.
Freddy Peralta threw 4 2/3 innings giving up five hits but only one ru, striking out five. UWSP grad JP Feyereisen gave up his first run of the spring on a solo homer. He did strike out two in one inning of work.
The Brewers will play Cleveland today.
