Milwaukee Brewers
ARLINGTON, TEXAS (WSAU) — Adrian Houser and three relievers combined on a three hit shutout as the Milwaukee Brewers topped the Texas Rangers 4-0 in exhibition baseball in Arlington.
Houser went 5 2/3 innings with six strikeouts. Angel Perdomo, Devin Williams and Brad Boxberger combined for 10 strikeouts over 3 1/3 innings.
Orlando Arcia drove in two runs with a 6th inning double. Omar Narvaez and Keston Hiura added RBIs.
The two teams will play this afternoon at 1:05 before the Brewers head back to Milwaukee to prepare for Thursday’s regular season opener.
