ANTIGO, WI (WSAU) — An unidentified 39-year-old man is in custody after a one-pot meth lab bust in Langlade County.
Officials say it happened at a home in Wolf River where local officials executed a search warrant that turned up more than 60 meth production containers along with needles, chemicals, medication, fuel, and other meth production elements.
After discovering the lab elements, officials called in the Wisconsin State Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and Clandestine Laboratory Enforcement and Response (CLEAR) to assist in cleanup.
CLEAR was able to safely take away the needles and other dangerous items. The Langlade County Health Department then condemned the property.
The man is being held on multiple drug charges along with child neglect, bail jumping, and others.
Another unidentified individual was arrested in the building and faces charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place.
