Town Of Schley (WSAU-WAOW TV) — One woman is dead after an ATV accident in the Lincoln County Town of Schley.
Officers were called around 5:30 Friday night about a missing woman who had been found dead.
An investigation believes that the 69 year old woman was attempting to turn the ATV around when it accelerated off an embankment and into the Prairie River.
The driver was not wearing a helmet and their were no passengers. Her body was reportedly found downstream.
The identity of the woman was not released pending notification of relatives.
