OMAHA, NEB (WSAU) — The Wisconsin volleyball team was eliminated from the NCAA Tournament by Texas on Thursday night.
The Longhorns swept the match 26-24, 25-19 and 25-23. The Badgers couldn’t stop the Texas offense which hit .301 and had 55 kills, 15 more than Wisconsin.
Devyn Robinson led the Badgers with 14 kills but was the only Wisconsin player to hit double figures.
It was the first loss of the season for Wisconsin which finished 16-1 in the shortened year.
