WESTON, WI (WSAU) — The Wisconsin Department of Justice has released some new information regarding last Friday’s incident at a Weston apartment.
Investigators say the deceased woman was the one who called 911 early Friday and was then killed by the man who was confronted by police.
Officers say the woman died from a stabbing. The man was shot by Police and is recovering in a local hospital. He is said to be in critical condition.
The investigation into the incident remains active. No further details, including the names of those involved, have been released.
