WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI (WSAU) — The suspect who made a non-specific threat towards Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids may face charges for the incident.
According to WAOW TV the person who made the threat has been identified, and they have admitted to it. District leaders are no considering both school and legal consequences.
Details such as the suspect’s name and if they have ties to the school have not been released. They also haven’t released specific details about the threat, but it does not appear the suspect had the actual means to follow through with it.

The incident was reported to Administrators Monday afternoon. The building was evacuated, and a sweep of the facility found no threat. The incident also canceled all after-school activities on Monday.
