MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — Adrian Houser got the Brewers going with his first major league home run in the 2nd inning and struck out seven on the mound over 5 2/3 innings as the Milwaukee Brewers edged Miami 5-4 on Tuesday night.
Tyrone Taylor went back to back with Houser in the 2nd giving the Brewers a 2-1 lead. Taylor was 3-4 in the game. They added solo runs in the 4th, 5th and 6th and the bullpen made it stand up. J.P Feyereisen, Devin Williams and Josh Hader combined for 2 2/3 innings of scoreless relief. Hader notched his fifth save.
