MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks used a team effort to edge the Washington Wizards 135-134 on Wednesday night at Fiserv Forum.
Playing without Khris Middleton and having Giannis and Donte DiVincenzo foul out, the Bucks managed to run their record to 42-24 with the victory.
Jrue Holiday led Milwaukee with 29 points. Giannis had 23 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. DiVincenzo added 19. The Bucks got a bunch off the bench on this night. 16 for Pat Connaughton, 14 for Brynn Forbes and 11 from Jeff Teague.
Middleton sat out with a sore knee. PJ Tucker had tyo leave the game after colliding with Teague. He was nursing a sore jaw.
The Bucks will try for a four game sweep of the home-stand on Friday as Houston comes to town. You can hear the game on AM1390 & FM 93.9 at 7pm.
