MADISON, WI (WSAU) — The rolling seven day average of new coronavirus infections in Wisconsin fell to its lowest level in more than a month on Friday.
The DHS reported 662 new cases on Friday, or 10.8% of people tested. The seven day average of new cases fell to 588, its lowest level since April 3rd. Seven more people died of COVID-19.
More than half of residents 55 and older have finished their vaccine series in the state.
