NEILLSVILLE, WI (WSAU) — A Thorp woman has entered pleas in an animal abuse case.
Jill Warminski, 34, was in Clark County Circut Court on Tuesday for a preliminary hearing. Warminski waived her right to the preliminary hearing Tuesday morning and was bound over for trial by the court.
Warminski then proceeded to enter not guilty pleas to charges of mistreatment of animals causing death and resisting or obstructing an officer. The charges against her go back to an October 2020 incident where Warminski is accused of zip-tying a puppy’s front legs and abandoning it near a creek.
