MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers have announced that tickets for home games from June 25th to the end of the season will go on sale Friday, June 4th.
The June 25th game against the Colorado Rockies will also be known as “Re-Opening Day,” marking the first time since the end of the 2019 season that American Family Field will be open for full capacity.
According to a news release from the team, they plan on treating the game as a second opening day, with special pre-game festivities and entertainment and appearances from Brewers alumni. The start time for the game has also been adjusted to 3:10 PM.
All fans in attendance that day will receive a magnet schedule reflecting the remainder of the team’s games and select fans will also get a 1980’s themed Brewers shirt.
Team officials say that the game will not only mark full capacity at American Family Field for the remainder of the season, it will also serve as a sign that the City of Milwaukee is once again open for business.
The team will also allow fans to camp out the evening of June 3rd for a “tropical tailgate.” Much like the famed “arctic tailgate” which takes place the night before single-game tickets go on sale, the tropical tailgate will allow fans to gather the night before tickets for the remainder of the season go on sale. Fans will be treated to a midnight movie and the first 500 people in line at the box office will receive limited-edition souvenirs.
