MIAMI, FLA (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks overcame a slow shooting start and pounded the Miami Heat 113-84 to take a three games to none lead in their first round playoff series.
The Bucks defense was great again holding the Miami starters to just 46 points. The Heat only scored 14 points in the first quarter.
Milwaukee was led by Khris Middleton who had 22 points, eight rebounds and five assists. The Bucks also got double-doubles from Giannis and Jrue Holiday. Giannis had 17 points and 17 rebounds. Holiday added 19 points and 12 assists.
Brook Lopez had 13 while Bobby Portis and Pat Connaughton added 11 each off the bench.
