WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI (WSAU) — A 22-year-old man is accused of leading officers on a chase from Price County through Clark County ended when he crashed the truck and trailer in Wood County.
Officer say Timothy Adams Chambers stole the truck and trailer unit in Price County and led officers on a chase along Highway 10 from Neillsville east on Highway 10 towards the Wood County line. Officers were able to deploy spike stripes at the county line, but those were unsuccessful in disabling the vehicle.
Chambers is said to have continued the case into Wood County before crashing near the intersection of Highway 10 and Klondike Drive. That’s where he was arrested for a count of felony fleeing.
The investigation remains active and further charges against him could be brought down from Price and Clark Counties.
