STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) — Another UW school will require masks indoors for those who are on campus.
UW-Stevens Point is the latest UW school to say that they will require face masks indoors starting on Monday, August 9th. According to UWSP officials, students, teachers, staff and visitors will be required to mask up indoors.
UWSP follows in the footsteps of other UW schools like UW-Madison and UW-Milwaukee, who are ignoring a recent vote by the state Rules Committee, who want the UW systems to get approval from the committee to make any decisions related to COVID-19.
