The Wausau East Lumberjacks will host the Wausau Newman Cardinals tonight at Thom Field in an 8-man football matchup.
Newman needed a game after their scheduled opponent, Alma Center Lincoln, had to cancel. East was not scheduled to play tonight.
The Lumberjacks are 0-2 on the season dropping an OT game to Clayton 29-28 and losing to Prairie Farm last week 14-7.
The Cardinals are 2-0, outscoring their first two opponents Bruce & New Auburn 104-0.
