MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — Christian Yelich is giving back to the supporters of the Milwaukee Brewers in a big way.
The MVP Outfielder has purchased 10,000 tickets for next week’s four-game set against the St. Louis Cardinals that will be given away on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Fans who have a booking history with the Brewers received an email Wednesday morning with a link to claim the tickets starting at 10 AM. Fans could reserve up to four tickets per email address.
Ticketing fees will apply, but there will be no charge for the tickets themselves. All free tickets will be delivered via the MLB Ballpark app.
The Brewers play the second game of their two games in 24 hours set in Detroit today after losing yesterday’s game 1-0 in extra innings. Their magic number to clinch a postseason spot remains five.
