AUBURNDALE, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A van collided with a truck on U.S. 10 in Auburndale, according to a press release from the Wood County Sheriff’s Department.
The van, traveling eastbound with five people inside, crashed into the truck.
Authorities said the driver of the truck died at the scene. Their name hasn’t been released. Two passengers from the van were taken to the hospital with injuries. Their conditions are unknown.
The Wood County Sheriff’s Department said it happened Wednesday around 6:30pm.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
