UPDATE: A child from LaCrosse remains missing, but a person of interest in the case has been located.
Jaheem Clark, the person of interest, has been located according to Milwaukee police.
The child, Major J Harris, is still missing. The vehicle believed to have transported the child, a 2008 black Chevrolet Equinox, license plate ABE 2804 has not yet been located.

MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — An Amber Alert for a missing and endangered 3-year-old boy from La Crosse has been expanded statewide.
The Milwaukee Police Department said Major Harris was last seen Oct. 9 in La Crosse and may have traveled to Milwaukee sometime between then and Oct. 12. They say an area of interest is North 37th Street in Milwaukee.
Major, the son of a homicide victim, is thought to have been traveling with Jaheem K Clark who is a person of interest in the homicide.

They may be traveling in a black 2008 Chevrolet Equinox with Wisconsin license plate number ABE2804.
Major was last seen wearing a dark blue T-shirt with a small pocket on the left side, navy-blue Nike basketball shorts, and is barefoot.
Major, who is Black, is about 3 feet tall and weighs about 40 pounds. He has black eyes and brown hair, and his hair is styled in four zig-zag patterned, shoulder-length dreadlocks.
Police say he also has a light-complexion birthmark on his right buttock, a small abrasion on his cheek, and has delayed speech.
