MADISON, Wi (WSAU) –The 3rd ranked Wisconsin volleyball team dumped #6 Ohio State 3-1 on Friday night at the UW-Fieldhouse. The scores were 26-24, 25-22, 18-25, 25-14.
The Badgers set a a school record for blocks in four sets with 19 compared to Ohio State’s six. Devyn Robinson and Grace Loberg both set career highs.
Dana Rettke had 16 kills and Julia Orzol had 13.
Wisconsin, now 16-1, 8-1 in Big Ten, will host 12th ranked Penn State tonight.
The Wisconsin mens hockey team dropped a 5-1 decision at 3rd ranked St Cloud State on Friday night.
The only Badger goal went to Max Johnson with Brock Caufield picking up the assist.
The two teams play again tonight.
The #1 ranked Wisconsin womens hockey team faces Ohio State this afternoon at 2pm at LaBahn Arena
The Wisconsin football team plays at Purdue…pre game show at 12 noon on WSAU.
