WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Authorities are searching for a Wausau man on nine felony counts of child pornography. Warrants were issued last week by Marathon County Judge Scott Corbett.
Timothy Bennett is accused of uploading explicit images of children to his SnapChat account in August and September of 2020.
Police received a tip from the Cyber Tipline of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in November of last year.
A search of the 34-year-old’s Wausau apartment found phones that contained images that matched. Bennett was referred for charges and remains at large.
