MADISON, WI (WSAU) — The Wisconsin mens hockey team battled back from a 2-0 deficit and won a thriller on Friday topping Minnesota 4-3 in overtime at the Kohl Center.
Brock Caufield scored twice including the game winner 3:02 into the OT. The other Badger goals went to Corson Ceulemans and Jack Gorniak.
Jared Moe had 44 saves against his former team including some big ones on a penalty kill late that protected the tie and sent the game to OT.
The Badgers, now 4-5, will face the Gophers again tonight. You can hear the game on WSAU.
The #4 ranked Wisconsin volleyball team topped Northwestern 3-0 on Friday night in Evanston. The scores were 25-17, 25-21 and 25-15.
Devyn Robinson had 10 kills. Seven Badgers had 2 or more kills in the match. Lauren Barnes had 11 digs.
Wisconsin, now 19-2, 11-2 in Big Ten, will play at Iowa tonight.
The Badger womens hockey team hosts Bemidji State this afternoon at 2pm at LaBahn Arena
The Wisconsin football plays today at Rutgers. Kickoff is 2:30 and the game can be heard on WSAU.
