STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) — The UWSP womens hockey team dropped a 6-3 game with St. Scholastica on Saturday at IceHawks Arena.
Freshman Katie Stanius scored twice. The other Pointer goal went to Annika Horman. Olivia Schultz had 19 saves.
The Pointers, now 1-4, will host St. Norbert on Tuesday.
The UWSP mens hockey team dropped a 2-1 game to St Scholastica on Saturday in Duluth.
Brandon McReynolds had the only Pointer goal. Ryan Wagner had 15 saves.
The Pointers, now 2-2, will host St. Johns on Friday.
The UWSP football got hammered by the UW-Oshkosh Titans 71-49 on Saturday in Oshkosh.
Max Herro threw two touchdown passes for the Pointers, one to Jeremy Kobe and one to Ernie LaSpisa.
The Pointers, now 2-7, 0-6 in WIAC, will play the regular season finale at home this Saturday vs UW-Whitewater.
