MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The UW-Milwaukee Panther womens basketball team topped Wisconsin 79-67 on Wednesday night at the Klotsche Center.
Megan Walstead led the Panthers with 21 points, eight rebounds and four assists. The P anthers shot 57.6 % in the win.
The Badgers went cold in the second half shooting just 34.5 % and getting to the line just twice. They also had 17 turnovers. Julie Pospisilova led Wisconsin with 19 points and Sydney Hilliard added 13.
Wisconsin heads to Boulder Colorado this weekend for two games. They will face Boise State on Saturday and Colorado on Sunday.
