CHIPPEWA FALLS, WI (WSAU) — Mills Fleet Farm locations in the area will once again be supporting the Truckers For Tots program from Mid-State Truck Services.
The program is looking to donate more than $50,000 worth of new toys to the Toys for Tots program as a way of making sure all local children have something to open on Christmas morning.
The toy drive starts on November 30th at the Stevens Point Fleet Farm. Truckers for Tots volunteers are scheduled to be at the store at 5 PM to fill their carts which will be loaded onto a semi-trailer and taken to the local Toys for Tots distribution center.
Other locations that will be participating include Marshfield on December 1st and Wausau on the 6th.
Those who would like to donate to the cause can do so at Mid-State Truck Services website through Paypal. Officials say 100% of the money raised through Paypal along with the cash donated by sponsors stays local.
