MADISON, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – Three people have been sentenced to prison time in connection with a meth conspiracy case in Wood County for importing more than 20 pounds of methamphetamine into Wisconsin.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice says Darryl Mathews, 39, of Sturtevant, Wisconsin, Dawn Jung, 28, of Wisconsin Rapids, and Arnold Ksionek, 55, also of Wisconsin Rapids will all serve prison time.
Mathews entered a plea and was convicted of conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine greater than fifty grams, and false imprisonment. He was sentenced to nine years in prison, and eight years of extended supervision.
Jung entered a plea to the same charges at Mathews and was convicted. She was sentenced to nine years in prison and sevens years of extended supervision.
Ksionek plead guilty to conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine greater than fifty grams. He was sentenced to six years in prison and five years of extended supervision.
“Meth is a dangerous and highly addictive drug that destroys lives,” said Attorney General Josh Kaul. “Thank you to the investigators and prosecutors whose work ensured that the defendants were convicted and sentenced for these serious crimes.”
