Marquette Golden Eagles
MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Marquette mens basketball team beat Seton hall 73-72 on Saturday at Fiserv Forum.
Greg Elliott hit a free throw with 1.8 seconds left to give the Golden Eagles the lead after the Pirates tied the game with two free thows of their own. Seton Hall then turned the ball over to end the game.
Marquette was led by Darryl Morsell who had 26 points. Justin Lewis added 18.
The Golden Eagles, now 12-6, 4-3 in Big East, will play at Villanova on Wednesday.
