CLEVELAND, Ohio (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks were cold from three-point range and dropped a 115-99 game to the improved Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night in Ohio.
Milwaukee was just 9-32 from distance while Cleveland knocked down 19 treys. The Cavs built an 8 point half time lead and moved past the Bucks in the Eastern Conference standings with the win. Its just the 4th loss for Milwaukee when they have their Big Three on the floor. They are 18-4 when Giannis, Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday all play.
Giannis led Milwaukee with 26 points and nine rebounds. Bobby Portis had 22, Middleton 21 and Pat Connaugton 11. Holiday only had four points but added seven assists and six rebounds. The Bucks only got 15 points from their bench. Cleveland’s bench scored 57.
Milwaukee is now 30-20 and will return to Fiserv Forum on Friday night vs the New York Knicks.
