GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — Adam Stenavich appears to be next in line to take over the Packers’ offense with Nathaniel Hackett’s departure.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports that Stenavich will be promoted to Offensive Coordinator for Head Coach Matt LaFleur.
Stenavich has been on the Packers’ staff since 2019 when he was hired as Offensive Line coach. He’s also been the team’s run game coordinator.
Hackett had been the OC for the Packers for the last few seasons and interviewed for several Head Coaching jobs this offseason before agreeing to take over the Broncos. Some reports had indicated that he wanted to bring Stenavich with him to the Broncos, but the Marshfield native chose to stay home instead.
