STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) — The UWSP womens basketball team dropped a 75-58 game with UW-Stout on Wednesday night at Berg Gym.
Jamie Pfeifer had 14 to lead the Pointers. Abbie Campion and Jessica Slowik added nine each.
The Pointers, now 9-8, 2-6 in WIAC, will travel to UW-Platteville on Saturday.
The UWSP mens basketball team lost at UW Stout, 88-78, on Wednesday night. It was the Pointer first loss in Menominee since 2010.
Zach Mootz led the Pointers with 19 points and nine rebounds. Jake Buchanan had 16 while Elijah Vander Velden, Garrett Nelson and Brady Wagner were in double figures with 13, 12 & 10 respectively.
The Pointers, now 3-12, 0-8 in WIAC, will host Platteville on Saturday at 7pm
