Marquette Golden Eagles
HARTFORD, CONN (WSAU) — The UConn Huskies mens basketball team earned an 80-72 win over Marquette in Big East play Tueday night.
The Golden Eagles fell behind but made it a one possession game twice in the second half but could get no closer.
Olivier-Maxence Prosper led Marquette with 18 points. Justin Lewis & Greg Elliot added 17 each.
The Golden Eagles, now 16-8, 8-5 in Big East, will play at Butler on Saturday.
