MILWAUKEE, WI (MetroSource-WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks are adding some depth to their backcourt. ESPN is reporting that guard Jevon Carter will sign with Milwaukee once he clears waivers.
Carter was waived by the Brooklyn Nets Monday after they signed guard Goran Dragic. Carter joins a Bucks team in need of guard depth with Pat Connaughton out with an injury and Donte DiVincenzo recently traded to the Sacramento Kings.
The 26-year-old Carter is averaging 3.6 points per game. Last week the Bucks signed another former Net, DeAndre Bembry to a contract as well.
The Bucks will host the Nets on Saturday.
