MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — Kyrie Irving had a big night as the Brooklyn Nets topped the Bucks 126-123 on Saturday at Fiserv Forum.
Irving went off for 38 points, five rebounds, five assists and two steals. He was 14-26 from the field and 8-9 from the foul line. The Nets played without Kevin Durant and newly acquired Ben Simmons.
The Bucks wasted a big night from Bobby Portis who had 30 points and 12 rebounds. He was 11-18 from the field and 8-14 from 3-pt range,
Giannis also added a double-double with 29 points and 14 rebounds along with six assists. Khris Middleton had 25 points and seven assists and Jrue Holiday added 19 points and seven assists.
The Bucks are now 36-25 and will host Charlotte on Monday night.
