LANGLADE COUNTY, Wi (WSAU) — A Schofield man is facing OWI charges from a motorcycle crash in the Town of Ackley last June 30th.
45 year old Benjamin Adkins was driving the cycle when he missed a curve and crashed. He, along with his passenger, a 48 year old woman, were injured and airlifted to Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
During a preliminary hearing last week, Adkins pleaded not-guilty to various charges including injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and fifth offense OWI.
The court did find probable cause to move forward with the case. The next conference is set for April 18th.
