MILWAUKEE, Wi (WSAU) — Omar Narvaez was scorching in the Brewer’s 5-1 win over the Cardinals in Milwaukee. Narvaez went two-for-four during the series opener with a double, a home run, and two runs batted in.

Brandon Woodruff collected his first victory of the season after pitching five scoreless innings. Adam Wainwright was tagged with the loss after allowing four runs in four and a third innings.
Tommy Edman hit his second home run of the year with a solo shot for the Cardinals.
