WAUPACA, Wi (WAOW TV-WSAU) — A woman was killed in a Waupaca County traffic accident on Friday afternoon. It happened around 2:35 on HWY 10 near Highway F.
A car driven by a 75 year old woman hit a guard rail and went down multiple embankments coming to rest in a field near the Hwy F off ramp.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. A 77 year old male passenger was uninjured. No names have been released and the accident is under investigation.
