WESTON, WI (WSAU) – A home burglary suspect was arrested Tuesday morning thanks to tips from the public.
Everest Metro PD released security camera images of a man who broke into a home. Investigating officers say several people recognized the man and contacted them.
Christopher Nguyen was taken into custody and is being kept at the Marathon County Jail on a probation hold. Burglary charges are pending.
Police say its unclear if Nguyen is to blame for other thefts in the area. They say residents should check for any missing items in the homes, garages on on their properties.
