Milwaukee Brewers
MILWAUKEE, Wi (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers placed outfielder Hunter Renfroe on the 10 day IL Sunday with a left calf strain.
It’s his second stint on the IL this season. He had returned to the lineup on June 7th.
Also, Mike Brosseau, Trevor Gott and Jandel Gustave were activated from the IL on Sunday.
Brandon Woodruff is scheduled to return from the IL and start on Tuesday. And Kolten Wong homered in a rehab start with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers and is expected to return to the major league roster early this week.
The Brewers begin a road trip in Tampa on Tuesday.
