
ST. PETERSBURG, FLA (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers rallied for a 5-3 win over the Tampa Bay Rays on Tuesday night at the Trop.
Brandon Woodruff returned from the injured list and gave up one run on two hits over five innings. He struck out 10 and walked only one. Josh Hader picked up his 23rd save with three Ks in the ninth.
Milwaukee was down 1-0 when they scored four runs in the 6th inning. Andrew McCutchen and Luis Urias both had two-run homers in the inning. Urias finished with three RBIs.
Milwaukee, now 43-33, will face the Rays in a day game today…pre game show at 10:35 on WSAU.
