
Wisconsin Badgers
MADISON, WI (WSAU) — The Big Ten has officially released the 2022-’23 men’s hockey schedule, and Wisconsin will begin the year with an early conference doubleheader.
The Badgers will travel to Ohio State on October 7th and 8th to open both their regular season and league season. Game times will be announced at a later date.
Wisconsin returns home the next weekend to take on St. Cloud State in non-conference action, followed by a weekend set at Minnesota-Duluth.
The Badgers will then host Penn State for the Big Ten home opener Friday, October 28th and Saturday, October 29th.
Other highlights of the league slate include home dates with rivals Minnesota (February 10th and 11th) and Notre Dame (January 6th and 7th).
Wisconsin has also announced an exhibition game with Lakehead University out of Ontario, Canada on October 2nd. That will be the first of two exhibition contests on the season for the Badgers, the other will come in January when they host the USA Hockey Under 18 development team.
Tickets for Badger hockey games will go on sale later this fall.
